Kendall Jenner models mono-kini for i-D as she reveals she STILL gets panic attacks but writing in a diary helps: ‘Our minds are extremely powerful’

The star, who is in Milan for fashion week at the moment, admitted in the magazine that she is still depressed. She shared that keeping a diary helps her write. Yes, it is comparable to an old-fashioned diary. I conceal it by locking it away: It has a lock on it. My secrecy is incredible. She told the publication, “No one can ever get this.”

Additionally, it helps her relax while traveling. She stated, “Your anger, frustrations, and stress, the things that are freaking you out, the things that are making you happy, and even just ideas. It’s important to have a space just for you where you can let out your happiness.”

And she believes that everything begins within: Our minds have a lot of power. However, the panic attacks persist. “Oh, but you know what? I was having a panic attack two nights ago,” I thought. I will simply pick up this book and attempt to forget.” The Vogue model additionally shared that remaining genuinely dynamic aides battle her uneasiness.

That means going to Pilates with her friend Hailey Bieber, walking her dog, and riding her horse.  The daughter of Kris Jenner stated, “I think I feel really good mentally when I feel really good physically.”

In addition, the catwalk queen finds tranquility through sound baths and meditation. Jenner also said that she is a “control freak” who manages her own career after it has been left in the hands of others. I had to give up that control at a young age and allow someone else to portray me in the way they wanted for an editorial, campaign, commercial, or whatever. That was my position.

However, now she is in charge. Now, being on the other side has been amazing because it has allowed me to regain some control, build my own brand, and feel empowered. As a lady and as somebody who comes from a truly female-driven family, it was truly cool to give every one of my instruments something to do.’
